Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Our program for kids aged 4-7 focuses on building co-ordination and having fun. This program gives your child the tools they need to gain confidence and develop social connections while building a strong BJJ foundation.
Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Our program for youth aged 7-12 builds on the foundational skills of confidence and co-ordination with a focus on leadership and skill development. This program builds focus and determination on the mats, at school, and in your home.
