We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but just because you’re in shape doesn’t necessarily mean you have what it takes to fend off an attacker. Many fall into the misconception that self-defense training is pretty much the same thing as lifting weights or taking workout classes. Don’t get us wrong, these activities are certainly helpful…but they don’t prepare you for real-life situations.

Now that you’ve learned this, you’re probably looking into the martial arts – and rightfully so! But just as every exercise provides different benefits, every martial art focuses on different parts of the body and aims to accomplish different goals. Our programs provide varied disciplines with balanced focus on fitness, fun, and potentially life saving skills. Learn more below!

It’s never too early to develop a passion for Jiu-Jitsu. BJJ helps kids gain confidence, learn discipline, focus their energy, foster respect for others, and be a part of a one-of-a-kind community!

When practicing No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, you’ll shed your thick Gi and pants for stretchy athletic wear, such as shorts and a rash guard.
